Domestic Shipping/Return & Refund Policy

  • Orders within India are processed within 2-4 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Delivery within India usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your location and courier availability.
  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order receipt).
    • Unboxing Evidence:Customers are required to record a clear video while opening the package. In case of damage, wrong, or missing items, this evidence must be shared with us to process the return or refund.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • Personalized, customized, or perishable products unless damaged/defective.
    • Digital products, gift cards, and items sold on discount/sale.
  3. Refunds
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item (along with unboxing video evidence), we will notify you of approval or rejection.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business daysto the original payment method.
  4. Exchanges
    • Items will be replaced only if defective or damaged.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Note: All domestic customised or bulk orders will be dispatched as per the mutually agreed terms communicated with the customer via email and Items Purchased                  under promotional offers and final sales are not eligible for Return.

     

International Shipping/Return & Refund Policy

  • Delivery typically takes 4–15 business days depending on destination country and the shipping option selected.
  • These transit times are estimates; customs clearance and local delivery conditions may cause additional delays.
