1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order receipt).
- Unboxing Evidence: Customers are required to record a clear video while opening the package. In case of damage, wrong, or missing items, this evidence must be shared with us to process the return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized, customized, or perishable products unless damaged/defective.
- Digital products, gift cards, and items sold on discount/sale.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item (along with unboxing video evidence), we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Exchanges
- Items will be replaced only if defective or damaged.
